I've always liked fitness, sports was my hobby throughout my youth. I decided to give it a shot and put the skills to the test and that's how I started my PT career. From kickboxing to Shaun T insanity workouts, I have always liked to push my cardiovascular endurance to its limits and I care about my clients, therefore it's important to share my experiences with them.
